Finally decided not to make my own WP theme for now and just go with a premade one. Might I mention that it took stinkin’ forever to find one I liked!? It’s what I get for not making my own, I suppose, but I’m just so preoccupied with everything else; trying to put up this site, the splash page, portfolio, hosting subdomain; I missed a month of school so I’m way far behind in work – I have to read (and summarise) almost 250 pages of various texts, write an essay, compose a speech and design visual elements for the accompanying PowerPoint; I should really have start all that like…three weeks ago but I’m really too damn lazy. ^^’ Guess I’m going to be cramming the couple days before two-thousand-freakin’-nine! :D Jeez, I can’t believe it’s that time of the year already…like…what?!
On the up side, I got my PS3! And Soul Calibur IV! :D I’m so friggin’ happy. ^^ I’m also looking in to some new games – I can only afford one but I have no idea which I want!! There’s quite a few, but these are my top three choices:
- Ratchet & Clank
- FF XIII
- Heavenly Sword
A couple days ago I was doing the Twitter/NameCheap thing and…I won a domain! :D Not sure what I’m going to call it yet, or what it’ll be for, but most likely for my portfolio or hosting site. Then yesterday I ordered my graphics tablet and noise cancelling headphones, both of which I’ve wanted for a really, really long time. I think I spent over $300 on myself this year – more than the rest of my family put together! D8 Hah not that I really care (or am counting the fact that all that money came from them, mostly from my birthday), I got exactly what I wanted and so I’m happy. ^^ I also got the 10th anniversary Myst set, so as soon as I’m back in Winblows I’ll have to see how that works out and if the series totally kicks ass.
Also, I’m either going to have to learn how to tag my posts (I’m really awesome at over-tagging lol) or just use categories. This will only be a blog, so I don’t really see the point of both of them (notice that I used both in this post anyway LOL I couldn’t help it).
Anyway, end of first update! ^^
The crazy thing is I used this same design when I opened up my blog! For the same reason, too. Too lazy to design one at the moment.
I love your little splash page, too. It’s pretty. Why did you miss so much school? Will they still let you pass the year for missing so much?

Missed so much school because I was out with mono… at least that’s what the first doctor said, the second doctor who did bloodwork said it wasn’t, then proceeded to not care to find out what it was. And god I hope I still get to pass. =S I bet if I do all the homework I missed while I was out, I’ll be okay, the problem is getting motivated to do it all…
